Because of the very close proximity to the A30 it is ideally located for visiting places around Devon and Cornwall, St Ives being just 1 hour away. Around the house there is wall art with place names beneath, which gave us plenty of ideals of places to visit, which we thought was a lovely touch. The house has a lovely big secure back garden (although there is a low gate around the side, so if you have a dog that likes to discover ways to escape, just be careful, saying that they do have to go around the house to get there). The back garden could do with an outside light though for the dark evenings. As mentioned before, a baby gate on the wooden stairs would be a good idea, to keep dogs from exploring upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, although another big frying pan would be handy for a large group of people and some more forks. More storage would be handy in the bedrooms too. We had the only wardrobe in the house (ground floor), the two upstairs bedrooms had drawers but the other ground floor bedroom didn't have any storage for clothes and our son lived out of his suitcase for the week. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back to stay again.

Sofa and kitchen caters up to 4. Only 1 small saucepan. Property is great and in great location. Just needs to think of the guest experience.
