The Cutch at Belhay Farm set in the owners private grounds, is a wonderful bespoke luxury lodge nestled in the beautiful Cornish countryside surrounded by gentle sloping mature gardens full of exciting plants for you to strole and relax within.  The surrounding decking enables you to dine in style on those summer days either inside or out. It benefits from being aprox. 8 minutes drive from the vibrant harbour town of Looe with its lovely sandy beach and the Banjo peir, or the beach-combing coast at Talland Bay.  You have the best of both worlds, peace and tranquility in this well equipped stunning contemporary lodge, with the option of strolling along to the local pub at Pelynt, enjoy the charming fishing village of Polperro, or experience the lively activities in Looe.

Acccommodation:

Enter through large French windows leading into the open plan double aspect living area, living room with oak flooring, comfortable sofa (which can create extra sleeping ability if required), Freeview TV, Electric flame effect fire, dining table with seating for 4, access from both French windows onto the decking area. The Kitchen area has gas hob with electric oven, dish washer, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine in seperate area.  Hallway leading to bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Central heating throughout. Bedroom with king size 5ft double bed,  Freeview TV with built in DVD player, cupboard, draws and hanging area with large French windows onto the decking.

Outside:

Private raised decking around two sides of the lodge, with outside table and chairs for 4, good quality 'Weber' BBQ.  Plus lower private grass area down 5 steps, with table and relaxing chairs for 2.  Further gardens to stroll through.  Meandering gravelled path to parking area.

Parking:

Private designated parking for two or three cars on level ground, then gentle slope to the lodge. A garden trolly has been supplied by the owner to assist with luggage and provisions. There is Automatic push-button lighting all along the gravelled path.
