Loswithiel 1.4 miles. Situated on the outskirts of Lostwithiel, in the Cornish countryside, is this superb two-storey cottage. Inside, it has a reverse-level accommodation with an open-plan living space on the first-floor, offering a place to cosy up with your loved one in front of the television and spend the evening discussing the day's events, or enjoying a movie night with snacks prepared in the kitchen area and the woodburning stove to provide that extra bit of warmth. Or sit at the dining room table to enjoy the far reaching views and maybe see the roe deer; or take a stroll to see the resident owls in the nest on the owner's home, you might even see them hunting over the fields! There is a ground floor king-size bedroom, ideal for getting some much needed rest for the days ahead, and supported by a bathroom with the choice of a bath or a shower over. Take a refreshing drink out to the enclosed garden to enjoy those far-reaching views across the open fields, whilst enjoying a spot of alfresco dining.
