Two sofas provide seating for six and the room is also furnished with a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, music system and Bluetooth speaker, DAB radio and assorted games and books

Also on the ground floor and open plan with the living / dining area, the contemporary kitchen features a single electric, fan-assisted oven with integrated grill and induction hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided

Dining Room

The dining area is open plan and is furnished with a circular glass table and six upholstered dining chairs

Master Bedroom

Upstairs on the second floor, this gorgeous en-suite bedroom has its own access to a private balcony with glass balustrade. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers while for entertainment there’s a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker
