Lovely quiet location and within easy reach of stunning beaches, walks and pubs/restaurants. Such a comfortable place to stay, absolutely loved it.

The only downside was that it was very hot inside. Sarah did turn the heating down but it wasnât really necessary to have it on at all in early September. I found the inability to open a window in the second bedroom a disadvantage. I couldnât leave the exterior door open as it was very windy while we were there but I wouldnât have felt comfortable leaving it open all night anyway. Consequently neither of us slept very well. Otherwise, it was all good.

I donât think the pictures show just how lovely and open it is upstairs and I am already missing the incredibly comfortable bed! Itâs in a lovely location - so nice to be so close to Crantock beach, our dogs adored their daily walks there. Canât fault this adorable place and we very much hope to return. It was lovely to meet Sarah briefly and you can tell how much she cares about her business because of the high standard she keeps all her properties in. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
