Park roadside, or in the car parks in the village and take steps up into the little entrance porch, leading into the sitting room with big picture windows, framing the ocean views. Sit on the window seat and weather watch with a morning coffee before you head out for the day. In the cooler months, the woodburning stove will keep you extra snuggly as you watch TV. Gather around the dining table for breakfasts and feasts whilst you regale your recent adventures. The little kitchen also boasts a stunning sea view, with all you need to prepare good food, if the eateries don’t tempt you! The plush double bedroom has ample storage for your belongings, and the bathroom adjacent will set you up for the day, with a bath and overhead shower. Downstairs to the lower floor, the second bedroom has two twin beds (please note one bed is a small single), ideal for children and adults. On sunny mornings, enjoy the seating on the balcony, a wonderful sunspot to relax, or to enjoy a drink of your favourite tipple as the sun goes down. Take a wander down the hill into the picturesque village of Mousehole, with its twisty narrow lanes lined with cafes, eateries and inns to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat, with the pretty little harbour providing an ideal spot to sit and relax in the sunshine. The surrounding area has attractions for everyone, from the glorious countryside to the idyllic coastline. The world-famous Land's End with dramatic scenery and ever-popular beauty spots such as Penzance, Marazion with big stretches of sand and majestic St Michaels Mount and St Ives are within easy reach. Brambles Cottage makes a fabulous base for families, couples and friends.

A delightful fishing village nestled on a hillside and spilling down to the shore. The picturesque harbour, surrounded by its maze of winding narrow streets, draws visitors from miles around, while in the distance St Michael's Mount stands proudly in the centre of Mounts Bay. A fabulous coastline and miles of spectacular walking characterise the area, with seabirds, seals and wild headlands leading just around the corner to Land's End. The Minack cliff-top theatre is a few miles along the coast, while reminders of the region's ancient past in the form of Dolmens and standing stones appear everywhere. St Ives, with its stunning beaches, beautiful harbour and narrow winding streets is just 12 miles away.
