Enjoying a quiet location in tranquil surroundings, this delightful hideaway features a cosy open fire, exposed brickwork, a high vaulted ceiling and access to a swimming pool, tennis court and play area onsite. Stepping inside this inviting lodge, the light-filled lounge/diner has plenty of seating, a charming dining area, a TV and a welcoming open fire. The cabin also has a stylishly arranged galley kitchen, an invigorating bathroom and three charming bedrooms: one relaxing king-size, an inviting twin and a cosy bunk bedroom. Outside, the private patio makes a great spot for a morning coffee, with the shared lawn surrounding the lodge. Onsite there’s a tennis court and children’s play area, and there’s also a heated outdoor swimming pool during the summer. There’s plenty of parking, with space for one car on the private driveway outside the lodge, plus an additional space in the shared private car park. A popular spot with anglers, the lodge sits close to the River Lynher, with the thriving coastal town of Saltash to the east (3 miles). Sitting at the meeting point of the Tamar and the Lynher, Saltash offers some stunning views and impressive architecture and is a major destination for water sports fans. The lively city of Plymouth is just over the river (9 miles). Other local attractions include Port Eliot Gardens, the St Mellion Estate, Pentillie Castle and the National Trust estate at Antony, all within 17 miles.
