Step inside your own single-storey property to find two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, alongside plenty of communal room for relaxing together. The open-plan living space is made up of a lounge, kitchen and diner. In the winter months, you can keep this area warm with logs burning in the sumptuous open fire, and throughout the summer you can throw open French doors for direct access to the patio with garden furniture.

Surrounded by attractive woodlands and with the River Lynher passing by, you won’t have to travel far to appreciate the enchanting countryside around you. There’s even a traditional country pub less than 500 metres away, perfect for your journey’s end. You’re never too far from the beach when staying in Cornwall, and both Tregantle (9.5 miles) and Seaton (8 miles) beaches are close by. Prepare for a day of seaside activities and lounging on the sand and shingle shores or follow the South West Coastal Path to enjoy a scenic walk between these two coastal beauty spots.
