This compact hideaway is a wonderful retreat for couples or solo travellers seeking an escape by the sea. Slip off sandy shoes at the door then step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Stock up the sleek kitchen cabinets with a range of locally sourced goodies, then flick on the kettle and unwind with a post-adventure brew. Settle into the intimate dining space for a well-earned supper. With a sweet treat in hand, step up into the lounge and cosy up in front of the electric fire to watch a film on the Smart TV. When the evening draws in, rest up in the stylish king-size bedroom with an elegant en-suite shower room. Enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t return as living area very small - would rather have smaller bedroom/kitchen area. This despite being out every day. Great location. Clean, and well equipped. Pub only open a couple of days a week now. Had lovely meal though.

The studio is clean and welcoming, if a little lacking in natural light. As mentioned in previous reviews neither the bed or bedroom are king size, but there is sufficient storage space. The location is great for walkers, the coastal path is just down the lane and the bus stop for the lands end coaster open top bus is a ten minute walk. In the other direction. Lots of nice pubs locally, though we found the local pub rather unwelcoming.
