The house is equipped with quality furnishings and ample parking, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups. While some guests mentioned minor issues with heating and maintenance, the overall experience remains overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found Seahaven to be well-kept, with only a single mention of suboptimal cleaning in the fridge and cupboards. The gardens are praised for their maintenance, suggesting a generally high standard of cleanliness.

The location is consistently lauded for its splendid sea views and proximity to local amenities and beaches. The availability of parking and the ease of access to Port Isaac's offerings contribute to a perfect score.

Guests describe the beds as 'super comfy' and the property as spacious and relaxing, with multiple mentions of the comfortable furnishings. However, a few guests noted the property could be warmer and the lounge could benefit from additional seating.

The property is praised for its well-equipped nature and quality features. However, points are deducted for reported issues with heating control, mould in an en-suite, and some tired garden furniture. The presence of a cinema room and ample parking are positives.

While guests appreciated the story of Seahaven and the picture in the cinema room, there are inconsistent reports regarding welcome packs and gifts. As such, it's not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness based on the available reviews.

There are however a couple of points I’d like to raise. The second en-suite with the wooden sink unit is absolutely covered in black mould, this was raised by a family member within hours of being in the property. The window in this room was also stuck shut. This left the room smelling horrible and every shower added moisture to allow the mould to thrive. The blue velvet sofa in the lounge, the seat cushion zip has failed, so as soon as you sit on it, it starts to come away from the foam, making it extremely uncomfortable, and required repeat intervention to prevent it coming off completely. Kitchen utensils, whilst the kitchen is pretty well stocked, there are a few things missing; kitchen scales, frying pan splash screen, plastic/glass measuring jugs (for microwave use) to name a few. One of the knives in the knife block has failed due to it being put in the dishwasher, the wood has rotted from the metal blade. The garden furniture, this has become tired, and several cushions appear to be missing, it might be time to invest in a new set, as it spoils the time in the garden The property book mentioned a hand held vac, but we couldn’t find it so had to dig out Henry instead. These points aside we still really enjoyed our stay!
