Walkers will delight in the rural footpaths surrounding the host town, while the famous South West Coast Path sits just 5.5 miles away and offers scenic routes northwards towards the Trevose Head Heritage Coast, and southwards towards Newquay and Perranporth.  

The almost secret entryway to this holiday home is set to surprise you as you ascend the steps and are met with the spacious and pretty roof terrace with views over the football pitch and out towards the countryside. Step into the two-floor abode and be greeted by chic, well-appointed interiors that offer the perfect base for your Cornish getaway. Walk into the open-plan kitchen/diner where calming tones and stylish furnishings offer a comfortable atmosphere. Find all you need to whip up memorable holiday feasts in the well-equipped kitchen, and choose to dine either at the breakfast bar, at the nearby dining table, or al fresco-style out on the roof terrace. Let stomachs settle as you unwind through in the cosy lounge, where comfortable seating is arranged around a crackling wood burner for colder nights and a wall-mounted Smart TV for easy entertainment. You also have the choice of a games room with plenty of board games and an additional TV if you wanted to bring your games console along. When day turns to night, choose from three delightful bedrooms, the first being on this floor which boasts a double bed and a family bathroom. Upstairs awaits another sumptuous double room and a welcoming twin, served by a chic shower room.

Outside, choose from two peaceful roof terraces, both of which offer far-reaching countryside views and all the space and seating needed for a quiet evening tipple at the end of each busy day away. A BBQ is also on hand for al fresco evening meals together.

Public parking can be found in one of two car parks -  one is just 60 yards away from the property and is free from 5pm - 9am.

There is a set of steps that lead up to the front door of the apartment, but once inside there is a ground floor bathroom and WC.

    Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped property. Nice blend of traditional and modern styles. Made most of sundecks, particularly lower level. Gas BBQ was a nice addition. Location really good for town shops and pubs. Short drive to multiple beaches and Newquay and Padstow. More than happy to stay again.

    We got this house with quite a good discount and therefore it was great value. It’s all newly renovated so all the equipment was new. It’s in a very good position for exploring Cornwall but there’s nothing much in the village.
