Guests say

Guests have had a delightful experience at Millies, praising its immaculate condition, stunning views, and proximity to the beach. The property's well-maintained gardens and thoughtful touches, such as a welcome pack, have been appreciated. While some minor issues were noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The majority of guests found Millies to be very clean and well looked after, with several reviews highlighting the property's immaculate condition. A few guests mentioned minor issues such as damp and mould, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The location is highly praised for its amazing views and proximity to the beach and local amenities. The steep hill and proximity to train tracks were noted, but most guests did not find these to be significant drawbacks and enjoyed the easy access to St. Ives.

Guests have found the beds comfortable and the property cosy, with a well-equipped lounge area. Some guests mentioned issues with bed sheets and single beds' comfort, which slightly affected the overall comfort score.

The property is generally well-equipped, but some guests felt that the kitchen could be better stocked for cooking, and additional amenities like a washer dryer or vacuum could enhance the experience. The early check-out time was also a point of contention for some.

The welcome pack and inclusion of often-forgotten items like condiments and cleaning materials were frequently mentioned and appreciated. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Lovely maintained gardens with a view from our bedroom looking over the gardens to the sea. A short walk down to Carbis Bay or take a costal walk to St Ives or Lelant. Amazing holiday and so lucky with the weather in October. Would highly recommend and would book to stay in Millie’s again .

Stunning gardens and breathtaking views. The gate leading to the beach road/ path to station was ideal and meant we didn't need to use the car at all. Thank you for a lovely holiday!
