Upper Black Rock is a two bedroom maisonette consisting of the first and second floor within a large traditional townhouse in a sought after location. The rooms have been recently renovated and provide and bright, airy and calming space for all who stay. The property also has a south facing outside terrace, great for sitting back and relaxing during those warmer evenings with a glass of wine. The sea views from this property make Upper Black Rock even more special and the perfect choice for a coastal getaway.

Beds: 1 x Double, 1 x Twin beds, 1 sofa bed (in living room, guests will need to bring their own bedding).

Accessibility: Property set over two floors - first and second floor maisonette.  Please note the stairs may be considered steep and narrow and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

    It is a really nice cottage with a lot of space. The best is the view from the livingroom.

    Very clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, quiet but so close to town and the beaches. Main issue was the confusion over the lack of a parking space which meant one had to park in a long stay car park a third of a mile away. This posed problems when returning from a day out as there were not always spaces available but you had already paid for a week's parking.
