This five-bedroom property has an impressive interior with light and airy rooms, perfect for families and friends seeking a fashionable coastal escape. The white-glossy kitchen has everything you need to ease your self-catered stay with a Neff double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Let the outdoors in and slide open the bi-folding doors to reveal the terrace garden; here you can dine alfresco on balmy evenings or savour a glass of wine in the summerhouse. For entertainment, there is a pool table and tennis table and a Smart TV for a film-night in. As day draws to night, retreat inside where five beautifully-presented bedrooms are set over two floors. Follow Rock Road to arrive at a golden stretch of sand; here you can paddle in the clear waters and afterwards refuel at a delicious restaurant. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated.and has everything one could wish for. The games room is amazing with pool, table-tennis, darts, video games and plenty of space. We definitely will come back

The children had a great time in the well equipped games room and the little ones on the slide, trampoline and swings. The dogs enjoyed the large enclosed garden which was also reassuring for us with the younger children. The open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting area is perfect for a large group of people with lots of light and space. Highly recommended

The games room and childrenâs play area were well used and great additions to the house. The open living area was a great space for all the family socialise. The garden was safe and secure for children and dogs. The only useful addition would have been a high chair facility for really small children. Trevanion was a first class accommodation for large family gatherings. Thank you!
