The property boasts a well-maintained garden with stunning countryside views, and is well-equipped for both human and canine visitors. Its location is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas, with easy access to beaches and local attractions. Reviewers frequently mention the spotless condition of the property, indicating a high standard of cleanliness. The term 'fabulously clean' and similar phrases suggest that guests are very satisfied with this aspect.
The property is described as being in a rural setting with easy access to beaches and sightseeing areas. While the narrow lane access is noted, it does not detract from the overall positive feedback about the location.
Comfort receives high marks, though there are minor points raised about bed firmness and sofa comfort. The majority of guests found the accommodation comfortable, with only a few suggesting improvements.
Facilities are generally praised for being well-equipped and maintained, with special mentions of the garden and additional freezer space. The lack of a dishwasher and comments on Wi-Fi speed prevent a perfect score.
Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches such as welcome packs and local information provided. While these gifts are warmly received, it is politely noted that such offerings are subject to change and not guaranteed.

Les and Sue so friendly, lovely welcome and welcome pack , ânice touch. They mainly left us to our own devices, but weâre available if needed. We liked that some places can be too pushy and need to know that we liked their accommodation. To us this is where they should be able to rely on good feed back. So let me say once again FABULOUS stay .We would love to return again.

Mapped walks also great, the views & surrounding area was stunning. Comfortable furniture, bed was comfortable if a little low. All appliances worked well. Would stay again in a heartbeat. If I was being picky Wi-Fi is a little slow but your on holiday so just wait a while.
Carolyn
The provisions left for us in the fridge was a welcome find! The garden was perfect for the dogs and the use of the field opposite also. Lovely quiet area but only 10 mins in the car to either Chard or Axminster. Great communication from the owners. Canât fault it.
