Bluebell Lodge is a contemporary, Norwegian lodge resting in Hittisleigh, amidst the beautiful countryside of Devon. Boasting an appealing open-plan living area and a private patio with hot tub, Bluebell Lodge is a wonderful family escape, whatever time of year. Bluebell Lodge is one of 3 bespoke Lodges set in 40 acres of woodland.
This is the third lodge you reach within the development and has countryside views. For the ultimate evening of relaxation, savour a dip in the hot tub under the stars, whilst contemplating the next adventure. As the night grows darker, retreat to the king-size bedroom and en-suite bathroom for a freshen up.
There there is also a king-size and a twin on offer sharing the family bathroom. Enjoying a secluded location in the heart of the Devon countryside, an escape to Bluebell Lodge promises to be a relaxing one. Spreyton is a small, rural village situated to the northeast of Dartmoor, in the centre of Devon. Spreyton is famous for its connection to the tale of ‘Old Uncle Tom Cobley and all’ who came from, and is thought to be buried in Spreyton. The village has a pub telling the story and serves good ale and the community shop sells local produce. There are some excellent countryside walks in the area including the Two Moors Way, a long distance path through stunning landscapes linking Dartmoor and Exmoor. The nearby towns of Chagford and Okehampton offer a wealth of amenities, and the market town of Crediton is well worth a visit for its attractive main street offering a good mix of local produce, shops and a magnificent 15th century church, plus nearby there are many pretty villages and farm shops. A stay in this beautiful unspoilt area of Devon gives plenty of opportunity for horse riding, fishing, golf and walking.
