The Mill House kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances including fridge, freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cookware and a variety of kitchen utensils.
A television (with freeview) and DVD player are situated in the sitting room. Wifi is installed in the property.
A cot and high chair are available, please request these items when booking so we can make sure they are ready for your arrival.
There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The property benefits from central heating in the form of underfloor heating in the kitchen-dining room and in the downstairs bathroom, and radiators in the bedrooms and sitting room. There is also a feature wood-burner in the sitting room; one basket of logs and some kindling will be left in to get you started, further supplies can be purchased locally.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Bed linen is not supplied for the cot.
Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits will be provided for your arrival, so you can have a hot drink before unpacking the car. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher powder and a kitchen cloth will be provided plus one or two toilet rolls.

A beautifully private and peaceful location. A spacious and fantastic place to gather family together. Wonderful walks accessed directly from the house. Close to nearby town and travel very straightforward.

Lovely spacious house. So nice to have all en-suite bedrooms. Although there is no garden as such there is a footpath immediate to the property for the dogs. It’s well placed for the charming town of Bamford with local shops and friendly folk. Great value for beautiful Devon.
