Explore the local area including the North Devon Coastline from this ideally located property. Take a 10 minute walk into the village and enjoy the local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants or take a 5 minute drive to the wonderful nearby surfing beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay.
