Combe Martin is located at the confluence of Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This modest seaside resort has all the essential amenities, including its own Dinosaur Park and a highly popular beach, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. Combe Martin hosts the annual Earl of Rone festival in May and a carnival every August. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple are all within driving distance, making this an excellent home base for exploring North Devon. Moreover, there are several gardens and sites owned by the National Trust that are open to the public. Woolacombe has some of the greatest surfing in the region, and the South West Coastal Path passes just a mile away. The town of Combe Martin is a fantastic home base for a fun-filled family vacation at the beach.
