This place is excellent, has great location, in middle of Lynmouth, excellent views and even though on busy street, it is very quiet in evening. Close to literally everywhere, either food, or drink or gifts and excellent base for exploring. Cute inside, with everything one needs for comfortable stay. Great bed and bedding, very comfortable. Little GEM and i would definitely stay again. This was our 4th visit in Lynton/Lynmouth but this place beats them all.

Fantastic location - amazing views and right in the heart of Lynmouth. 29 stairs to reach the apartment - wasn’t an issue for us. You need a parking pass for peace of mind but available just round the corner £15 for 4 days or £25 for a week. Supermarket up in Lynton but nothing in Lynmouth. We saw Sainsbury’s and Tesco doing deliveries. Loved the cliff railway and visiting Lynton. Valley of rocks and Watersmeet. So much to do.
