Lynton is known for its charming Victorian architecture, narrow streets, and stunning views of the surrounding countryside and coastline. From the apartment, take a walk over to the Valley of the Rocks and walk around the cliff edge with the most spectacular views and where the hill goats roam free. Take a ride down to Lynmouth on the funicular railway which is the longest water-powered railway in the country, and stroll around the local shops, galleries, tearooms and pubs, or enjoy a bag of fish and chips and sit at the pretty harbour. Lynton has a charming little cinema created in 2001 and seats only 68 people, showing all the latest films. Fancy a day at the beach, then you have a choice of award-winning beaches such as Woolacombe, Putsborough and Croyde, all within 24 miles.
