On a former working dairy farm in the heart of the Devon countryside, The Granary is a lovingly restored character stone barn conversion , well equipped and with an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub in the walled garden. Just under 1.5 miles away down the quiet farm lane, brings you to the village Inn. The delightful upstairs living area overlooks the enclosed walled garden. On the lower garden level are the attractively presented bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities. The Granary provides a superb rural holiday base for couples, friends and family. Please note the neighbouring farm is a working farm and also that from time to time the adjacent yard is used for loading/unloading.

    We had a lovely stay at The Granary. The cottage is very well equipped with all you could need for a self catering stay. The location is excellent as all amenities and places to visit were easily within a 30 minute drive whether you were after shopping, beaches or walks. There was some farm traffic during the day but it wasn't noisy and the evenings are perfectly peaceful. With little light pollution, the night sky is pretty special. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The garden is well maintained and secluded and the hot tub is a real treat. We can certainly recommend this cottage if you are after a relaxing stay within easy reach of things to do.
