The property directly overlooks the award winning beach resort of Woolacombe and is close to all village amenities. Situated just 150 metres from the beach, the apartment is purposefully set up for enjoying surfing and all the other coastal activities that Woolacombe has to offer. The open plan living space with pristine kitchen area offers sea and country views and two delightful bedrooms overlook gardens at the rear.
