This large family home is set in the quiet and rural village of West Down, yet only 20 minutes drive to the glorious sandy beaches of Woolacombe or Saunton. The local pub and community shop are less than 2 minutes walk from the front door, and the property boasts a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for alfresco dining and childs play. Lovely cottage, very spacious. Delightful village setting. Useful community shop and excellent pub serving food just down the road. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely go back.

Lovely clean, comfy, spacious cottage. Plenty of kitchen equipment and a gorgeous garden. Super comfy beds ( but be prepared for the church bells every hour, ok if windows closed) Fabulous shower in en suite, plenty of hot water.

Myself, my partner and children had the most amazing stay, the location, the cottage everything was just perfect and we truly wish we didn’t have to leave so soon, in fact we loved it so much we have already spoken of returning some point during the summer months, I shall continue to recommend as I already have to other friends and family members, thank you for the memories beautiful Devon.
