Step out of the rear stable door and you find yourself in a secluded garden with equipped with table and chairs. The living room has a traditional log burner and upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms.
The village of Kingston is full of picturesque cottages, there’s a lively village pub 400 metres down the road, the sandy beach at Wonwell and beautiful wooded Erme estuary and are close by. The popular family and surfing beaches of Bigbury on Sea and Bantham, are within easy driving distance. For those who like to explore, there are heaps of things to see and do with scenic Dartmoor, historic Plymouth, the yacht haven of Salcombe and Dartmouth with its estuary, castle and steam railway opposite, as well as Celtic Cornwall all being easily accessible for enjoyable and interesting days out. For those who love walking the beautiful South West Coastal Path passes not far from the cottage.

Separate kitchen with free standing electric cooker with hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Dining table extends to seat up to six.
Step up to the utility/ boot room with washer dryer, door leads to the garden
Stairs to first floor:
Beautiful Master bedroom with super king 6ft bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and window seat.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft bunk beds plus additional 3ft single bed, small hanging rail, under bed storage baskets
Steps down into the family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, basin, WC
Outside:
Back door leads into a secluded lawned garden bordered with fences and hedges. furnished with table and chairs, charcoal barbecue available.
Parking:
On road opposite or close to property (subject to availability).
Additional:
Included: Bed linen and towels. (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), electric storage heater, high chair, stair gate.
Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is dependent upon your provider. Please check with your provider prior to booking.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome (not on furniture or upstairs). Pet charge per dog per week £30 per week.
Electric Vehicles: Please note this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
Short Breaks: Available in low season and mid-season four weeks before.
Local Facilities: Beach 1 mile. Pub 400 metres. Superb Village Shop and Pub at St. Anne's Chapel, 1 mile. Modbury 3.5 miles
