Stunning panoramic views of the River Dart, Dartmouth Castle and out to sea. Ideally positioned, spacious, comfortable first floor apartment with fabulous balcony and courtyard. A great base to explore South Devon National Landscape and the South West Coast Path.

Omega House boasts a stunning elevated position overlooking the shimmering waters of the River Dart. When you first enter this stylish first-floor apartment, you will immediately be drawn towards the floor to ceiling windows to marvel at the stunning panoramic views. Enjoy the spacious south facing balcony, perfect for breakfast and morning coffee, a totally relaxing space at any time of the day, beautiful sunsets with a cocktail is of particular appeal. With three bedrooms, spacious family bathroom, on-site parking and a fabulous location within walking distance to local amenities, it’s the perfect destination for your coastal holiday.

Side gate: leads to Princes Steps. Very useful for the South West Coast path a third of the way down.

Note - Driveway is steep and unsuitable for long wheelbase or estate vehicles. Please be aware the Owners have a storage area in the property on the ground floor. Omega House is the apartment on the first floor. Beacon Road has restricted access max width 6 foot 6 inches.
