Beautifully presented ground floor apartment on the edge of Slapton Sands beach, modern interior and suitable for a family with private parking, outdoor terrace and spectacular views.

This beautiful ground floor apartment can be found on the fringes of Slapton Sands Beach at Torcross, about 5 miles outside of Dartmouth and benefits from private parking, terrace and beach and sea views, what more do you need! It is a refurbished property once being the old Torcross Hotel at the beach and the apartment is only a few metres away from the local pub Start Bay Inn where you can enjoy local produce and the treats South Devon has to offer. 

The property is within a short driving or bus ride away from Kingsbridge, Dartmouth or from Stokenham which is a lovely village which has The Church House Inn and Stokeley Farm Food Shop.

Beds: 1 Double (4'6"), Bunk Beds (3') singles, 

Rooms: Ground Floor Apartment - Open Plan Kitchen/Diner, Lounge, Mater Bedroom with Ensuite, Bedroom 2 and Family Bathroom. 

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric Oven, Induction hob, Refrigerator (includes Ice Box) , Freezer, DAB radio, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Dining Table and Six Chairs

Entertainment: 32" Smart TV, DVD Player, Bluetooth Speaker, 24" TV in Master Bedroom. Hairdryers.

For Families: Travel Cot and Highchair Available.

Outside: Terrace with Outside Seating Provided (beautiful sea and beach views) 

Parking: Private Parking Space Provided for one vehicle only.Guests will be required to give their car registration prior to arrival to secure their private parking space. Additional vehicles can park in the area opposite the Duckery (known as the Triangle) or in the pay to park car park 100 meters away.

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in the rent. Bed Linen and Towels Provided (please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. 

Pets: 1 Pet is welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.

    Excellent apartment, couldnt ask for a better position with patio looking out to sea. We have stayed here for many many years and love the place. Great position for travelling around the South Hams or you can stay local and relax and eat locally. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and you have everything you need for a lovely holiday.

    Prior to arriving we received very clear instructions as directions, access codes and intricacies with relation to codes ref access. On entering the apartment how fantastic it was to have refreshments available. As we unpacked the attention to detail throughout the accommodation it could be seen that a great deal of thought had been taken with respect to providing required to ease the use and aid anyone staying. Infact we felt when it became time to leave that we probably could have stayed for much longer. To sum our stay, the highest accolade we could say is that we would look to stay again in the future. Thank you to the owners and all that made our stay so lovely .
