The cottage is fresh and bright, is most attractively furnished and provides a perfect base to explore the miles of cliff walks around Start Point, golden sandy coves and beaches close by, bird watching at Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve, and horse riding and golf are all within easy distance.

Side entrance door into the smart new fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Archway through to a spacious living room with wood burner, two comfortable sofas, dining table to seat 4, Freeview Satellite TV with DVD, Hi-Fi system, MP3 and iPod connector and French doors that open to the front of the cottage.

A double bedroom has a 6ft bed and double aspect windows with views over the countryside.

Outside

At one side of the cottage is a paved patio area provided with table and chairs and overlooks neighbouring fields and a large pond. Below the parking area (this is shared with the owners) and beside the driveway is a lawn area with apple trees. The lane is bordered by bluebell woods, that are available to explore and a large pond in an adjacent field provides an opportunity to watch the local wildlife.
