First floor bedroom 1, king size bed, mini Hi-Fi, dressing area and en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Bedroom 2, twin single beds, TV, DVD and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, single bunk beds (suitable for children only).

Outside: Patio area with table and chairs leading to large secluded garden with garden furniture.

Included: Bed linen, towels, WiFi, telephone (incoming and local calls only), cot, high chair,  1 basket of logs (in winter), electricity and central heating (oil).

Kitchen with ceramic hob, built under electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. Breakfast table and stools, picture window and door to garden. Cloakroom with WC and basin. First Floor: Master bedroom with king size 5ft bed,  built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing area.  En-suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower,  separate walk in-shower cubicle, pedestal basin and WC.  Twin bedroom with 3ft beds, flat screen TV with DVD,  built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, en-suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower, basin and WC. Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunks and chest of drawers (suitable for children only).

Parking: On road parking possible where available. Parking Permit also provided for one car at Parish Hall car park (200 yds).
