The Park Inn Piggery is a cosy and warm cottage, praised for its quiet location and easy access to amenities. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, the pub's welcoming atmosphere, and the property's suitability for short stays and as a base for exploring. While some guests mention limited space and noise from the pub, the overall experience is one of relaxation and enjoyment, particularly for dog owners.
Most guests found the property clean and tidy, with clean bedding and towels provided. One mention of dog hairs on the bedding suggests a slight oversight, but overall, the cleanliness is highly regarded.
The location is appreciated for its quietness and proximity to the countryside, with easy access to local attractions. However, some guests were disturbed by noise from the adjacent pub and had issues with parking, affecting the score.
The property is often described as small and compact, with a comfortable bed and well-appointed shower room. Lack of indoor seating and space constraints have been noted, which impacts the comfort level for some guests.
The reviews provide mixed feedback on facilities. Some guests were satisfied with the amenities provided, while others found the cooking facilities inadequate and had safety concerns. Due to the varied experiences, a definitive score cannot be provided.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness category, and the score is set to null.

Loved my stay, as did my dog Ellie! Property was well presented, clean and stocked with everything you need for cooking; toaster, microwave, Ninja air fryer etc. Good size bathroom, with towels provided. Enormous comfy bed! Owner really friendly and welcoming. Location perfect for all the amazing attractions around the Torquay area, all just a short drive away. Didn't really have any noise disturbance from the pub. Dedicated parking space; a couple of times was parked across by pub customers but they were always happy to move, didn't really cause a problem. Highly recommend!

The trouble with leaving good reviews is that the good reviews lead to people booking and leaving me less chance to get in at a decent price. i love the pub, Andrew and Karen are great host`s but its the locals that make the holiday a time to remember. Ideal place to stay for 2 adults and 1 pet .Digby loves his stay here .lots of stuff going on at the pub and the local facilities good. luv Phill & Chris Winners (3rd) in pub quiz

Owners have tried to provide all amenities - with pull out table and two folding chairs, a Ninja dual air fryer (manual available) and combi microwave (no instructions found). Very limited crockery and cooking equipment. Unfortunately noise from adjacent pub went on until 0014, when I had to call out for quiet!
