The owner showed us how the heating, tv etc worked. We did feel that we could have been told how steep and narrow the lane was and how awkward it was to turn into the drive with 2 white pillars each side of the entrance. We had a good meal at the Cockhaven Arms and visited Totnes, Newton Abbot, Dawlish and Teignmouth. A good base in a lovely county.

The property is in a great location and very handy for Teignmouth and Torquay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Happy to recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I liked the art work around the property lots of character. Lovely light and airy bedroom with a beautiful view out of the windows. The village pubs are friendly and passers by all ways said hello. We would recommend to our friends and family.
