Also within the Utility area is a shower room with shower, basin, and WC. Continuing through to the chic living/dining room, where you can lounge in front of the woodburning stove and dine as a six. Located down a step is the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen, where you can rustle up delicious meals, ready to enjoy outside on warmer days, or light the barbecue and enjoy an alfresco affair, before spending the evening in the indulgent hot tub. When sleep calls, select between three well-appointed bedrooms, including a super-king-size and a twin both with with zip/link features for flexibility, and a ground-floor king-size, all serviced by a contemporary ground-floor bathroom. This charming village, which is located across the Tamar River, has a play area for kids and a tavern that serves real ales. With several wonderful walking and cycling routes, this is a great base for exploring the neighbourhood. The nearby town of Holsworthy has a lot to offer, including a tennis court, swimming pool, and beautiful park with a bowling alley. The market square is surrounded by a wide variety of historic stores, bars, and cafés in the town centre. A little further away is the well-known seaside town of Bude, which offers something for everyone: wonderful beaches for lounging and making sandcastles, rockpools to explore at low tide, and cafes from which to take it all in. Take the coast road north to see the lone lighthouse perched above the water at Hartland Point, or enjoy a donkey ride or a stroll down the picturesque Clovelly's steep, cobblestone village street (no cars permitted) to the port and tavern far below.

    Step into the kitchen needs highlighting as my mother fell down it, All blends into one. Just lacks the little touches to make it a 10 out of 10.

    The standard of cleanliness, appliances and even beautiful scents in the rooms was stunning. We are looking to book again asap. Our dogs were well catered for- exercise field for them enclosed was a bonus! Sitting in the hot tub at night, when we turned off the bubbles” it was pin drop quiet- such a tonic away from our fast paced life- fab! The perfect relaxing week, thank you!
