The local ancient market town of Tavistock has a number of popular tourist attractions and is steeped in history.

There are a few minor repairs to be done inside the house. Access after dark is tricky and so perhaps some better lighting to the path and steps on the way into the house could be achieved? Older visitors might really struggle with this. The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.
