The contemporary family bathroom sits at one end of the hallway, and the stylish shower room at the other, and the ground floor has underfloor heating throughout. Large double height windows span both floors, and a wooden staircase leads you up to the sociable first floor open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and a traditional AGA converted to be electric. In the sitting area, a wood burning stove takes pride of place, and invites you to relax on the comfortable sofas for a cosy evening watching a movie on the Sky television with Sonos surround sound bar. A corner workstation, stocked bookshelves and a selection of family board games complete the living area. The property has an electric air source heat pump fitted to promote its low carbon footprint.
