Perched on the edge of Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and overlooking the coast of Weymouth Bay, this property is ideal for families and friends looking for a sunny, seaside holiday. Make your way into a homey sitting room, complete with plush sofas and a Smart TV for you to spend your evening in front of. Moving further into the property, you'll find a kitchen/diner well equipped with everything you need to make your favourite meals and breakfasts which you can either enjoy around the dining table or around the outdoor table in the pristinely-landscaped garden. Come back inside when it starts to get cold and warm up under the hot spray of the walk-in shower then head to bed in a soft double bed. You'll find so much to do in the seaside town of Weymouth with its endless supply of eateries like the Old Rooms Inn, an inviting pub with a waterfront terrace, The Cactus Tea Rooms where you can tuck into a lovely afternoon tea, and The Crusty Cob where you'll be able to pick up fresh pastries and bread for breakfast. Very well presented & well looked after, the garden was ideal for our dog(Bella) also. The only thing we found it needs is a anti shower floor slip mat we both found it gets very slippery when getting out. For a location to gain easy access to walks/shops/beaches/pubs/restaurants you can't go wrong. Lots of places to visit within the area a short car ride away. If you don't want to use the car & just want to walk all you need to do is open the front door & your on the coast paths. Newton's Cove / Castle Cove / Sandsfoot Beach all close by quiet lovely for the dog to run around on.

.we have stayed in many cottages around the maltings area over the years and the nightingale is by far the bestâ¦very clean and cosy, we felt at home from the first day..everything we could possibly need was there and the dog loved the large garden..also being able to park right next to the cottage was a big plus for us..next time weâre in Weymouth, will definitely be back..thanks again for a lovely relaxing weekâ¦
