Guests generally appreciate the Tree of Life House for its excellent location, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful garden. The property is well-equipped, with en-suite rooms and ample parking, making it suitable for large groups and families. Some guests have noted maintenance issues, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Most guests found the property clean and comfortable. However, a few mentioned the presence of dust, cobwebs, and the need to rewash dishes, suggesting room for improvement in cleanliness standards.

The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to Glastonbury town centre, the Tor, and countryside walks. Its central position is considered a major advantage by guests.

The property is generally regarded as comfortable, with en-suite bedrooms and a spacious garden. Some guests experienced issues with heating and hot water, but the provision of extra heaters and prompt maintenance responses mitigated these concerns.

The property is well-equipped for large groups, with a positive mention of the kitchen and dining areas. However, points were deducted for reported maintenance issues such as problematic taps, a tricky conservatory door, and a non-functional microwave.

While guests have mentioned a delightful treat found in the fridge, there is insufficient information to determine if such thoughtful gestures are consistent or guaranteed. Therefore, a score cannot be provided for this category.

The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc. Loved the Neff up & over oven. The circuit breaker tripped a few times when the dishwasher was used. The house is in a great position to walk to town & to the Tor. There's some road noise, but that's not an issue. The towels were lovely & thick & white. & the sheets were nice & crisp. Very good.

It is lovingly furnished and the garden invites you to linger. It was a pity that the rooms and especially the dishes were not really clean. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, the windows were dirty and we had to wash all the dishes again before we could use them. A small note: the fuse kept blowing as soon as the light was on in the room on the first floor and several rooms on the second floor had their lights switched on. Basically, the Tree of Life House is a beautiful vacation home that impresses with its proximity and location to the city center and also to the Chalice Well Garden, the White Spring and the Tor. We felt very comfortable and could overlook the small blemishes. Our little highlight was the elf house.

Centrally located in Glastonbury and within 5mins walk of the main town. 10mins drive to the Clarks Designer outlet, 20mins drive to Wells, 40mins to Longleat etc. Fantastic base for getting out and about, as everything is relatively close by. The house itself looks a lot better in the pictures, as some of it needs tlc. Overall a nice place to stay, but could do with some maintenance.
