Great location, perfect for pubs, restaurants and buses. We had four adults and a guide dog in our party and there's plenty of space for us all. The hot tub was well used and a great addition to the well layed out garden. Kitchen had all we needed. Thank you for making our stay a happy family holiday.

The property was clean and tidy, very comfortable and was a great base for us to revisit Burnham-on-Sea. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed and ample storage space. The shower was really nice. The hot tub was amazing

The property had some kind of infestation of flys in one of the main bedrooms which made the room un-usable. We sent photos of the situation but still nothing. We tried to deal with the situation our selves with fly spray but they just kept coming. This issue really ruined the holiday and overshadowed any positive comments we may have had. We were due to stay Saturday to Saturday. But after much upset left the property on the Wednesday. A very upsetting and disappointing experience.
