Birch Cleave Stable, Simonsbath, in the heart of the Exmoor National Park, is newly refurbished and offers a luxurious getaway for up 4 adults and 2 dogs. Bring your horse, 2 stables available. Access to the footpaths and bridleways is just a step from the cottage door, perfect for exploring.
Accommodation
The kitchen area is compact yet well-equipped and includes fridge (with small freezer compartment), dishwasher, instant boiling water tap, washing machine, tumble dryer, and electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, cafetière, variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
There is a dining table with seating for 4 between the kitchen and living areas.
The living area has a television with Freesat, and wifi is available throughout the property at no extra cost. An iron and ironing board, and hairdryers are all provided for your convenience.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Central heating is fitted throughout the property and there is a wood-burner in the living room. Logs and kindling provided on request.
Both bedrooms have storage and hanging space and USB charge points. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring outdoor/beach towels if you wish to take them with you on day trips.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome for supplement of £20 per dog. Please do not allow them on the furniture or beds please, thank you for your cooperation.
