Guests consistently praise 'The Outlook' for its cleanliness, stunning views, and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is noted for its well-equipped facilities, thoughtful touches like a dog bed, and the provision of fresh eggs. Its location is ideal for exploring the area, and the hosts, Liz and Andrew, receive commendations for their hospitality.
Reviewers frequently mention the cleanliness of the apartment, describing it as spotless and well-maintained, which indicates a high standard of cleanliness.
The property's location is highly praised for its views and proximity to local attractions. However, some guests note the presence of stairs and a hill, which may not suit everyone.
Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the apartment cosy and the beds extremely comfortable. The only minor issue raised was difficulty with bath temperature control.
Facilities are well-regarded, with guests appreciating the fully equipped apartment and extra amenities. The mention of a slow-filling bath suggests a slight deduction for maintenance.
The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through gestures like a welcome basket and provisions for dogs. While gifts are warmly received, it's important to note that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed.

On the gorgeous West Somerset Coast, the well-liked beach town of Minehead is located in a wonderful, sheltered area beneath the magnificent North Hill. This friendly town has a mile-long esplanade that beautifully frames the golden beach, and the charming harbour, which is frequented in the summer by the renowned paddle steamer Waverley, provides good fishing chances. The West Somerset Railway offers historic steam train rides from the seashore. You may also visit Blenheim Gardens, which has won numerous prizes for its exquisite floral displays. Exmoor National Park, known for having the largest herd of red deer in England, is well worth a visit, as is the magnificent Norman Castle at Dunster, which is close.
