This centrally located former fisherman’s cottage is set a short 400 yards stroll from the bustling Brixham harbour and is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. The town itself boasts an eclectic mix of award winning restaurants, cafes, quaint independent shops, live music and even a cocktail bar. For lovers of water sports, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding is available at the local canoe club and a fabulous way to explore the local coastlines

Shoalstone seawater swimming pool in Brixham is the English Riviera’s only open air 50m sea water swimming pool (May-September). Boat trips can be caught from the harbour heading out to sea for a spot of fishing, or around the coast for a delightful cruise, including a regular service across the bay to Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth.

Walkers can join the South West Coastal Path nearby that lead to areas of beauty such as Berryhead National Nature Reserve and Paignton is approximately 6 miles walk away. Other popular nearby attractions are Paignton Zoo (5 miles), Splashdown water park (4.5 miles) or board the Dart Valley steam train and explore the South Hams (Station 2.2 miles).

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Devon County Show.

Entering this cottage from road level, oozing with character you’re welcomed onto the ground floor with a lounge and utility room. Through the doors to your left is the cosy lounge space with Smart TV and seating and elevated views overlooking the town. On this floor you’ll also find a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a WC. Downstairs to the lower ground floor, on your right is the well-equipped kitchen with beautiful styling and plenty of cooking utensils. Across the hall is the dining room with seating for six and quirky seaside décor with a door to access the rear courtyard garden. Moving back upstairs from the ground floor, the period features help present a beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed, original feature fireplace and contemporary styling. Across the landing is a family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower and WC. Upstairs to the second floor are two further bedrooms interconnected with two doors, to the right is a twin bedroom and to the left of the stairs is a double bedroom.

Outside to the rear is a paved, enclosed, south-facing, suntrap courtyard garden with dining table and chairs, a great space for al fresco dining and to relax and unwind in the sunshine.
