It is in a great location to explore Brixham and the surrounding South Devon Coastline. The property is a 30 minute walk from the town centre, or catch a bus from the bottom of the road which takes a short five minutes to reach the town.The property also has a large garden, the perfect base for family barbeques, al fresco dining and garden games.
