The modern, well-equipped yet sympathetically presented kitchen features a breakfast table - an ideal spot for planning the day ahead over coffee and pastries. Through the kitchen's farmhouse style door, the pretty private mature garden with bricked terrace, can be accessed. There is also the original well that has a safety grill fitted.
