Guests say

Three Chantry Barns in Orford is a well-equipped and charming cottage praised for its cleanliness, comprehensive amenities, and prime location. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to local attractions and the responsiveness of the caretaker. While some minor issues with parking and mattress comfort were noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many guests planning return visits.

The cottage is consistently described as very clean, with one isolated report of outdoor furniture and kitchenware not being up to standard. The majority of guests, however, were satisfied with the cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its convenience and proximity to the village, quay, and local amenities, making it an ideal spot for guests.

Comfort receives a slightly lower score due to some guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable. However, the overall ambience and privacy of the cottage are appreciated.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the kitchen equipment and space. Deductions are made for the single parking bay and the suggestion to improve mattress quality and parking space access.

While previous starter supplies such as tea and coffee were mentioned, there is no consistent reference to gifts or additional thoughtful touches, and it is not clear if these are standard. Therefore, it is politely noted that such amenities are not guaranteed.

The place is private, clean and charming. Walkable to the castle, restaurant bakery and more. Such a delight! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

were no longer offered, which seems mean; iv) mattresses in the second bedroom are old, lumpy and uncomfortable. Added to which the neighbouring property was in use by a family whose television played at a ridiculously high volume.
