Holly Cottage is frequently described as a clean, cosy, and well-equipped holiday rental in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Guests appreciate the warm atmosphere, good Wi-Fi, and the thoughtful touches like dog treats and a welcome tray. While the location is convenient for exploring Framlingham and the surrounding area, some guests mention challenges with parking and road noise.

The majority of guests report that the cottage is very clean and well-maintained, with several reviews specifically complimenting its cleanliness.

The cottage is praised for its proximity to local attractions and convenience for touring Suffolk. However, some guests have raised concerns about parking difficulties and noise from the busy road.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, with a warm atmosphere. Some guests, however, find the furniture a bit large for the space and mention the property being small and having varied floor levels.

Many guests appreciate the thoughtful extras like dog treats and welcome trays. While these are well-received, it is politely noted that such gifts, though delightful, are not guaranteed.

The lounge and.bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was a good space and the bathroom had an over the bath shower with plenty of hot water. Nice space outside too. Dog friendly cottage with a green space in the front garden. Great location for an easy walk to Framingham for its pubs and castle. Nice local dog walks too. Located well for touring the area too. It was the ideal place for our 3 day trip.

I found the information a little vague as regards the steps ,if I had known the problems I would not have booked the property. It is not for older people with mobility problems and the trip to the toilet in the night is challenging. It would be fine for younger people.
