Henstead Hall is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and quality linens. The property is ideal for large family gatherings and special celebrations, offering a variety of amenities including a snooker table and beautiful gardens. Guests appreciate the cleanliness and the thoughtful touches, although some minor maintenance issues and the remote location are noted.
The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with guests noting it was 'spotlessly clean' and 'lovely and clean throughout'. One mention of ladybirds being promptly addressed by the owners reinforces the attention to cleanliness.
The location is generally appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local activities and beaches. However, one guest noted the property's remoteness and the inability to walk to local amenities, which suggests that while the setting is idyllic, accessibility may be slightly limited.
Guests find the property comfortable, with large airy bedrooms and comfortable beds. The presence of multiple generations and large groups without issue indicates a high level of comfort throughout the property.
The facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options like the snooker table. However, there are some concerns about maintenance, such as an out-of-tune piano and a broken fridge tray, which slightly affect the score.
The property owners are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of a welcome pack and high-quality provisions. While gifts are appreciated, it should be noted that such personal touches are subject to change and not guaranteed.

Had a wonderful week with friends.

The billiard room was well used, plus the games in the garden even though they were for younger children. The only slight downside is the property is very remote, not able to walk to a pub/shop etc. Overall we had a lovely weekend.
