Sunrise House in Lowestoft offers a welcoming stay with its lovely decoration and proximity to the beach. Guests appreciate the secure garden for dogs, off-road parking, and the owner's good communication. The property is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and some guests enjoyed the Nespresso machine. While some areas are undergoing renovation, the house's charm and roominess are noted.
Several reviews mention disappointment with cleanliness, including the presence of dog hair and a lack of vacuum cleaner. However, one review notes the property was very clean on arrival.
The location is consistently praised for its proximity to the beach and town, with secure parking and a clean local beach.
Mixed feedback on comfort, with some guests finding the beds and sofas uncomfortable, while others had a comfortable stay. The presence of a games room and a relaxing lounge are positives.
Facilities are adequate with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, but there are reports of insufficient cutlery and issues with the games room. Some minor maintenance issues are also mentioned.
