It's a lovely if a bit dated, the one sofa is nice and comfy but the blue sofa bed one is quite uncomfortable to sit on. The garden is delightful and enclosed great for our dog, but we love to eat outside when nice and you would struggle on the small table for 5 of us. Neighbours were a bit noisy at times with rather loud music when we wanted to sit outside. Reydon a short car trip to Southwold where there are lovely shops, food places and beautiful beach. The pier is fun too.
