house under sofas seats crumbs frying pans dryed up food in them still the pans and roasting trays poor rusty and scratched the beds very uncomfortable rugs make you slide parking not great for the price i would expect cleaner bathrooms are good there was a sewing pin on the floor my husband stood on into his foot the garden doesnt reflect the pictures the front hedge needs cutting the back garden unkept over grown the seating patio a mess very unkept if it had been sunny we wouldnt be able to use it no broom its nice size cottage but def needs a revamp total care of renting is making it look good like the photos look like not totaly impressed the one great thing was the cooker the welcome pack nice touch but the biscuits were out of date

This is an ideal holiday cottage. The location is in easy walking distance to Southwold. The rooms are spacious and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything you need.
