Three bedrooms all on-suite is good. Having a downstairs bedroom makes it excellent if anyone has difficulty climbing the stairs. We had a very pleasant stay.

A very comfortable and warm house with everything we could possibly need including 3 great bathrooms and wonderful artwork displayed throughout the rooms . Thank you so much for letting us bring our dogs too - they had a wonderful week and loved the beach . The first property weâve had in all the years weâve been coming to Southwold which had comfy sofas making us feel welcome! One tiny thing to say is we found the living room a bit dark but thatâs just us and not a criticism. We had a great week . Much appreciated.

Only small gripes. No dishwasher rinse aid and salt and pepper grinders beef replacing Probably main issue is poor Wi Fi signal upstairs
