A contemporary waterfront property with fabulous views across the River Blyth to Walberswick and the marshes. 4 Blackshore is a stylish three bedroom cottage with coastal style interior, beautifully presented throughout. Relax on the riverside terrace or cosy up by the woodburning stove… it’s a wonderful spot whatever the season.

Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Sleeps: 6 in 3 bedrooms.Beds: 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds, 2 x adult bunk beds.

First floor:Bedroom 1: 5' double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.

Bedroom 2: adult sized bunk beds, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe.Bedroom 3: 2'6" twin beds, built in wardrobe.Bathroom: bath with shower over. WC and handbasin.

Entertainment: Smart TV.For Families: beachOutside: both the front and back gardens have chairs and a table, Games including Jenga/Giant Pick a Stick/ Tennis Rackets.Parking: parking is in the public area beside the nearby pub. General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Oil central heating and a wood burner. A starter pack of logs is provided November-March. No smoking. Pets: 1 Well behaved dog welcomeAccidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.Notes: there are a couple of steps between the kitchen and living areas. Front garden of the cottage is walled with five steps up to a platform and five steps down into the garden (part of the flood defence for this row of cottages).
